What has been your experience with Katana managing your IT ?

We have gone from having issues to having issues dealt with before they happen. Computer problems pretty much do not happen anymore.

What’s a project or area Katana has been able to improve your IT processes or infrastructure ?

NAS server install. Integration with remote access, security cameras and paperless system approach taken to everyday workflow processes.

Quick to respond, knowledgeable and on across everything that we have happening in our business. Katana IT has become an integral support to our company.
