Katana has been able to continuously improve our network

What has been your experience with Katana managing your IT?

Over a 5 year period our business grew from one site located in Campbelltown, to eight sites that stretched from Kiama and Wollongong, through to Rockdale and into Sydney. Wade had full management of it and was a trusted advisor on what was required for both upkeep and improvements.

What’s a project or area Katana has been able to improve your IT processes or infrastructure?

As can be appreciated we run an extremely complex environment both geographically and also the architecture of the network. Katana has been able to continuously improve our network, and at all times ensure that we are operational. We have just on 100 users whom are working off any number of devices and stations running diverse programmes from POS to Predictive Diallers.

Whats your general thoughts on Katana IT staff?

I can strongly recommend Wade’s performance based on his professionalism, knowledge and willingness to solve. However the most important element is his commitment to customer service.

In our business we don’t have time to have computers down or playing up, Katana IT give us great support and a quick response time.

What’s a project or area Katana has been able to improve your IT processes or infrastructure?

Assisted us in establishing tablets throughout our management and field teams to streamline our business processes. Helped migrate our data to the cloud so our team have always available access.

Whats your general thoughts on Katana IT staff?

Katana are a great team who keep us up to date with changing and emerging technologies, security and practical solutions while also being on hand for hardware repairs and replacements with a fast turn around time.

We can’t afford any downtime on our network and Katana have the resources to respond effectively to keep us working.

What has been your experience with Katana managing your IT?

We have had a fantastic experience working with Katana IT. They really have taken the stress and the time away from any arising IT issue’s we have had.

What’s a project or area Katana has been able to improve your IT processes or infrastructure?

Katana IT resolved our issue of diminishing space on our computers by establishing a cloud network. This allowed us to work remotely, store our data safely and of course gave us ample storage space.

They are responsive, agile and capable

What has been your experience with Katana managing your IT?

Katana IT have been involved with managing the IT requirements for Corless Logistics for a number of years now and we have found them to be responsive and knowledgeable in their field. They have become part of our business through their open communication and friendliness with our staff. They are not a supplier that holds you at arms length. To us it is a personal connection they display that makes the difference.

What’s a project or area Katana has been able to improve your IT processes or infrastructure?

During the time that Katana IT have managed the IT requirements for Corless Logistics, we have had many project related activities that Katana IT have guided us through. New hardware roll outs to software upgrades along with advice and assistance on progressing a major IT platform change for our core business function.

Whats your general thoughts on Katana IT staff?

Katana IT have assisted in times of “dire need” from an IT perspective. These instances could be as simple as not being able to log on remotely when out of the office, internet drop outs, PC/software issues, to hardware problems….things that will stop a business functioning if assistance is not as quick as the “000 Emergency Services” type of response time. In all seriousness, if Katana IT didn’t respond as they do now and help solve the day to day issues – that we don’t know how/can’t find the solution to – simply and quickly, we would be in a pickle – without question. They are responsive, agile and capable.
