Our experience with Katana IT has been very positive, all our needs are met in a timely manner which is very important when running a business and your main form of communication is the internet and email.

What’s a project or area Katana has been able to improve your IT processes or infrastructure ?

A whole office setup including server, emails, website hosting.

Whats your general thoughts on Katana IT staff ?

Wade and the Katana team have been looking after all our IT network needs for the past 2 years, and we simply would not go anywhere else. Wade is on speed dial and Luke who always answers my calls “A big thank you to you”.

It has been great working with Katana who are very reliable, responsive and same day fix. We look forward to continuing a long and healthy relationship for many years to come.
